Yes, 200 times a second definitely would.
 
btw, does this support my theory that asians have less endurance than avg (hence less successful in the major sports) ? I think that with this saying some people are more genetically capable (pumping oxygen/blood) than others, we can also *believe* that some races are less fortunate in this particular dept.

Asians on average produce less testosterone in their system than other races.

But I know plenty of asians that are physically capable of playing major sports. And I don't think heart size or efficiency varies much by race either. Unless you take into account the diet of the race or culture.
