UT just started running REAL SLOW?

My Unreal Tournament that I have been running for many moons has just started to run REAL SLOW (8-9 fps). The last thing I did was install the Strike Force 1.75 (think that's the version) from my Maximum PC CD. I uninstalled it and I'm still getting this low of frames. Please help, I still like playing this game and don't want to have to reinstall.

Strike Force 1.75, thats a UT mod correct? The first thing I would try is re-installing the UT 436 patch, that may help.
