UT freezing up in Win2k after SP2

i installed SP2 and now UT freezes up after random amounts of play and a cold boot is required. Anyone get this prob?

i'm using radeon 64 with lastest official drivers. running UT in D3D mode.

 

[Remedy]

My UT is doing the samething but randomly with my V5 and win2k SP2, but for me i was overclocking my dual cpus so it might be myfault too.

i'm not OCed at all. anyone else know why its freezing up?
