UT flyby and other stress tests ... howto?

I want to stress my cpu to see if it's stable... what is a UT flyby and how do i run it overnight? what are some other things i could try?

The UT flyby?
1.at the top goto Tools and check timedemo statistics

2.hit the ~ key to bring down the command box

3. type start cityintro and press enter and close the box

4.at the end of the flyby open up the command box and the FPS should be the last command entry

I play UT for a half an hour for a stress test,I don't know any other program that gives the cpu that much stress and gives me so much fun.
