I would sometimes get a freeze and what I found was that I had pressed the T key and had to press enter key.

Just had a spirited game with Engineer.

I think I got the better of him that game although he got a nasty head-shot in on me! 😉

Well, just got plastered by mech again...twice! :Q

Oh, there is a patch for the DEMO version of the game over at...

I've applied it and the game ran fine...nothing happened at all this go around...so who knows? 😕

The server DOES rock! 😀 I voted for the Asbestos map initially becuase there's more tight areas to cause splash damage 😛 but another good reason is that it's a lot easier on the older video cards some of us have. Antalus really drags down the framerates.

I just played some more with Engineer. That was fun Engineer and you are definitely getting more dangerous all the time! 🙂 The jumping is a good close-quarters tactic when circling, certainly makes you harder to aim at... I should get into that habit too, but with my key layout it's not as easy. Maybe I can use one of the side buttons on the mouse for Jump.

Just downloaded the patch.

Didn't see, to have any problems other than a little bit of lag every couple of minutes...or just when i'm about to kill someone! 😉

I know what you mean, I was in the middle of a game with you, the doorbell rings, my daughter answers, and it's for me. So I die, then go see. It's the newspaper girl, so I ran upstairs, got some cash, ran back downstairs, paid for the subscription, got the receipt, then my cell phone rang. Tried to get to it and answer it, but no go. So I try to call them back, just get voicemail. I give up, and pop back into the game. At least I didn't come in last. 😀

And Engineer,
We could get Mutley to rename several of the bots to your wife and kids names, if that would help any. 😛 😉😉

Well, it all depends on whether you can beat the bots or not!

I'm not doing too badly against the bots, esp when there's another human player in there for them to shoot at! 🙂
 
Engineer is starting to get crafty. I'll be fighting with him and *FOOM!* he vanishes into thin air! :Q (Hey Rocky... watch me pull a rabbit outa my hat!) Of course, if I find where he's left his translocator, and shoot it up, then he dies when he tries to translocate 😀 Tip for you, Engineer, don't put it anywhere obvious like, say, the rocket-launcher pool 😀 There are some beams way up high overlooking the damage doubler, that's a good place to leave one.
