Does anybody have any experience with this product? It's used for remote access with dial-in users. They get an ip address assigned to them from a pool the is configured on the box. The problem that I am having is that the box is assigning them 10.20.0.1 regardless of what our pool has defined.

We've checked all we can by just poking around in the box, resetting, etc.


Anybody?
