You didn't know this already? It's basically a delivery notification system, not tracking. If you want tracking, get it sent via UPS or FedEx. Preferably the later.
ill be honest. i dont bother tracking something most times unless its something im really looking foward to, or need due to an external deadline.
im happy with the delivery times by most of the couriers, and usps has been fairly quick with the vast majority of packages(as have the others).
but i dont think its too much to ask that they offer a service competitive to fed ex or ups as they claim.
and the last few times at the post office has looked more like a dentist bill than a shipping reciept
