You can order them online and have the USPS ship them to your house for free too. All different sizes, free tape as well.

Its not a tracking system, its called 'Delivery Confirmation'
dont know about insurance
The one in newport beach is staffed by 6+ clerks, goes by fast even with long lines (if USPS was so horrible, why would so many people use it?)
