Using WinXP Pro system as File Server for Workgroup?

For a year or so we have had about 10 computers total and I have setup a system with XP Pro on it to be sort of a file server for the 9 computers that connect to it. Now my boss is wanting to hook up an extra 4 computers and use them. Will I have to move now to a Server OS for this? The other computers on the network are Win98/ME.

Unfortunately you are limited to 10 concurrent connections with a workstation OS. So if you will have more than 10 users accessing the "server" simultaniously, then you need a server OS.
