Using Two NIC's in Xp Pro

I understand that in Xp Pro one can use two NIC's and brigde them together to use them as one. Is this true and if so how do i do so?

Bridging is used to connect different network segments to each other. For instance it will bridge a 1394 (Firewire) network segment to an Ethernet segment by bridging the Firewire and NIC on a system. You can actually learn quite a bit about bridging by opening Windows XP's Help and Support applet and entering the term "bridging" to perform the search.

Actually, it just occurred to me that you might be thinking about bonding instead of bridging??? Bonding is kind of like shotgunning two modems to act as one in that it lets you use two NICS as a single network connection. I fixated upon the word "bridge" in your first message. Sorry if I misunderstood.

I've never done bonding on a workstation before, and I don't even know if it can be done. I've only used it on servers.
