I recently bought this TV http://www.samsung.com/au/products/tv/widescreencrt/ws_32z30he.asp
and I'm trying to hook it up to my PC so that I can watch movies or whatever off it. However, it doesn't seem to want to support the 1080i resolution it should, that is, when I select it through nvidia's TV CONFIG it just shows up on the TV as No Signal.
Oh I have a 7800gtx by the way, so i don't think that is the problem.
The highest I can get on the TV before it blacks out is 576p.
If i manually set the resolution to 1920x1080 it only shows a very small part of my normal screen which is running at 1280x1024 (LCD monitor)
So my questions are:
How can I get my TV to run a 1080i resolution off my pc? Do I need to buy anything else?
How would I go about doing this? I feel like I've tried everything.
Thanks
