Using the word "please" in a work environment

Examples:

"Can someone please fix this?"
"Please remove...."
"I would like...please."

I think the first one sounds a bit hostile to me as if they're a bit frustrated and need it done right now. The way the other two places the please, it sounds more polite in asking. I don't know. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it. What do you guys think?

The tone could suggest some passive-aggressive meaning, but more often than not it's common courtesy.

When the email clearly shows annoyance and condescension already, a "please" just adds to the attitude. Otherwise it is polite.

Example 1: Your system is down AGAIN. Please fix ASAP because I need an urgent document for this afternoon.
Example 2: I think the system might be down. Could you please take a look?
