try having a dog barking at 7am neighbor every damn day, weekends included. You'd think talking to them would work... but a-holes.

solution = make sure they're home and troll their dog at 3am every day.

I had the same issue a few years ago. You can download white noise app on your smartphone/PC and play it to drown out any outside noise.

My favorites are airplane, fan, and the extreme rain.

Sorry, OP, I left out a 😛 at the end of my post; it wasn't meant too seriously.

Easy.

Fire up a snow blower, a jack hammer, a bbq with fish, rave lights, smoke machine and have about 50 already drunk College kids come over with fire works at 6 am. When he complains, responded with qué? ¿lo que hago? oh, and dynamite.

Doesn't work with most people like that. If they're totally clueless about bothering other people at inappropriate hours, it's very likely that they themselves would get massively pissed off when they're similarly disturbed. They'll never even remotely connect the two events. It's just how they're wired.

That's why you do it WHEN they are doing it.

Tune up your weed whacker right on the property line at the same time. If you're as close as I think you are, it will annoy the fuck out of them.

You think someone using a circular saw in their back yard at 7:30AM is going to be annoyed a neighbor weed whacking his lawn? No.
