Using PGP with Windows XP

Has anybody tried using PGP (pretty good privacy) with Windows XP? I downloaded the latest win2000 version from pgpi.org and it really messed up my Windows XP installation (all networking stopped working). I've been able to get the networking back by running "sc config ipsec start=system" (or something to that effect) but it's not completely gone yet. Anybody have any experience with this?

Also, does anybody know how to get PGP to work with XP? It's a great program for encrypting e-mail (and files if you want, but I use EFS).
