Using nforce2 onboard audio, no eax?

I am using my soltek mrn2 onboard audio
Is not soundstorm but I think it still uses the nforce audio

Anyways in eax games, the eax option is grey out.🙁

all i can say is make sure you have the latest drivers from your mobo maker installed.

The new nforce2 drivers are out. Those should fix them if u have not installed these drivers.

Which O/S ? I just noticed that for Windows 2000 and an ASUS A7N8X, you have to use the ASUS drivers

using winxp sp1

gonna install the latest realtek and nofroce driver to see if it fixes the problem
