Using carry ripple adder

Hi,
i have to implement this equation Y={(A+B)(0.25)+E}2+F using carry ripple adders
and find out the critical path and the time delay. Each operand (A,B,E,F) has 4 bits.

can anybody provide me with the block diagram?
