using bt headset with skype

can i use my moto bluetooth headset with bluetooth usb dongle and be able to talk on skype or do i need more expensive stereo adapter or is it even possible?

Having not done the exact thing you mention, I won't say for certain that it would work. One can't always guess what horrible driver bugs one may encounter.

In theory, though, the bluetooth headset should work perfectly in that role.

unless the Moto ubn dongle is complete crap, you should be able to select the headset as an audio device and Skype won't know/care that's it's Bluetooth, just that it's an audio device with a microphone. I used my Moto headset with my Logitech BT keyboard and it worked pretty well to voice chat.
