Using both speakers and USB headset at the same time

Hello, I just purchased an USB headset (Corsair HS1), but until today I've been using my good old Logitech 5.1's (with onboard Realtek) along with an analog Plantronics headset. Is there a way to get sound playing out of both my new headset and speakers? It's just that I don't like to listen to music with my headset and figured if I could get both to work at the same time without unplugging my USB, that'd be golden:). Thanks guys!

Do want them both to be playing, or don't care if your headset is disabled while your speakers are on? If it's the latter, you can just 'set as default' your speakers or disable your headset through Playback Devices (via the context menu from the Volume icon in systray). Sound should then switch to your speakers without having to unplug anything - just change it back when you want to use your headset again.

Ah oops, should have clarified, yea, I'd like both to be playing at the same time, would that be possible? If not, what you mentioned should do just fine. Thanks!

Winamp had/has a plugin to do just that. I've used it for my Logitech wireless music system. Worked well though it wouldn't necessarily sync very well.
