Yeh it's kinda lame. ALways made me nervous that maybe some spammer could just start bombing me with SMS msgs.

I know my verizon plan hits me $0.02 for each one I receive and $0.10 for each that I send using my phone

 
yeah i just did it, +(then number) i didn;t put a 1 infront, and it worked for me, it worked with and without a 1 infront, this is awsome

i'm sorry i'm a little slow i guess, how does this work? when i try adding a buddy w/ '+phonenumber', my buddy list automatically removes it. what am i doing wrong?

yeah i don't get it!!!

does it work with all providors? so any of my friends with text messaging i can send messages to@?? this is something i never knew about!

 
it says this: " Your friend has just sent you a message using the Unicode character set, and Trillian does not currently support this. Unicode support will be coming soon!"

yeah, it wouldnt let me keep it on my buddy list either, but i did just try to im my own cell number +1werplccet and it worked fine 🙂
