I just upgraded to IE8 on my vista64 laptop. When I start IE8 a dialog pops up saying that the google toolbar that im runningcan cause this appilcation to crash. Then if gives me a few options. one to disable the add-on, and one to keep it enabled. If i choose to keep it enabled it everytime i restart IE8, i will keep on getting this popup. Is there a way to keep the addon enabled and not have this popup when starting IE8.

regards.

Yeah, thanks for the info. I did read somewhere that the lastest version of the toolbar doesnt have this issue. My problem is that I get attached to certain version of software and change isnt easy for me. ;-)

I understand, it happens to me as well. Sometimes I won't update softwares at all because I've grown so used to the older version. I know updating is better at times, but oh well.

I did search a little further looking for any fixes to the problem with IE8, nothing yet.

Works ok here using this version:

Version: 6.0.1411.1512/en (GGLJ)
Notifier Version: 5.1.1309.3572
Dictionary Compression Version: 1.0.1203.3368
