Ok I was just thinking about this, if I took a blow dryer/hair dryer or whatever you want to call it, outside in freezing temps and turned it on, would it get fried? Because wouldn't condensation happen on its internals or something?

I wouldn't I was just thinking about it.
I was thinking if I held it under the front of my car, so the hot air would rise into the engine bay and make it easier to start my car. But I wasn't going to do it, I was just thinking about it.

I already got it started after charging it for 3 hours, this was just a theoretical question.

I find that a nice big pool of motor oil does the same thing. Light it up with a blow torch and throw some pool chlorine in the mix just for kicks.

Heats the car right on up.

You should just put a sweater on the engine the night before to keep it warm.
