Using a 32-bit key on a 64-bit Vista OEM install

Hey guys, just had a quick question about OEM copies of Windows Vista. If I have a 64-bit and a 32-bit copy of Vista Home Premium OEM, am I able to use the 64-bit disc to install Windows on two computers and then use the key from the 32-bit disc to activate the second one? Basically what I'm trying to do is get 64-bit versions of Windows on both computers without having to contact Microsoft for the 64-bit media for the 32-bit disc that I have. Is this possible, or am I breaking the licensing terms anywhere here? Thanks for the help guys.

The key will work for either 32 or 64 bit versions. But you can only use the Same Key # on either a 32 or a 64 bit installation. You can not use it on both at the same time.
