Using 1T vs 2T command rate for RAM..

I have an X2 3800+ on an Asus A8V-Deluxe, with 2 512 mb sticks of corsair value ram. I run at 2T right now for command rate on the RAM, but am going to go to 1T. I want to benchmark at both settings so I can see if there's any difference. What program should I use?
