Uses for a Sharp LCD Panel

I recently got 2 Sharp LQ94D021 TFT screen (for free). They came in plastic housings, each has a cord with a 44-pin connector at the end. The connector looks like a 25DB parallel connector, but it has 3 rows of pins and looks to be a denser pin arrangement. What kind of interface is that?
Also I'm trying to decide how I can use them. Can they be converted to small resolution monitors? Do I need to get a PCI or ISA interface card with a 44-pin output or can I get a VGA to 44-pin card? Any recommendation of cards or adapters that might be useful with these screens? Any advice about this would be great.

I found this one (http://www.datadisplay.de/Products/controller/EPAP-200_LG121.asp). Has anyone seem something similar to this, or know where I could find this one? The site that had it, just removed it.
