What's the deal with user ratings? Of all the new features, and the one that would seem to be the most important (a.k.a. the infamous method of rating members without looking at those doofy titles under our names that everyone was asking for) and wanted change, they seem to be useless and ignored. I, for example, beloved by all, have received no user ratings, and this is just proof that the system is just messed up.

Or am I wrong?




*Disclaimer: I admit that this thread may seem like a nef. I admit that mentioning user ratings while neffing is hazardous to my own user rating. *

But what I don't like about this rating business is that it opens you up to be slammed by the creeps who take pleasure in being mean.

I'm not just asking for generous ratings (although I seem to have slipped from an early 10 down to about 6), I was actually trying to start a discussion or incite people to just rate other people. Talk! Rate! Get drunk! Have fun! It's saturday!!!

I don't wanna go to school on monday...too much boring work.
 
I think that ratings aren't really needed unless you are in the for sale/trade forum, but for some reason I enabled it anyway. I gave you a 9 pretender, you would've gotten a 10 but you are a snowman 🙂.
 
I never even noticed User Ratings until today! I'd ask if this is something new, but it's probably been around and I just hadn't noticed it.:Q

Oh well, I've enabled everything else, I might as well enable this too.....

Wan't there some problem with the ratings that caused someone's ratings to go down after a certain point no matter how high the ratings he or she received??

Did that ever get sorted out?

I just enabled the ratings thingie, but I'm not really sure what the usefulness of it is outside the for sale/trade forum.
