I have a user here that is having an issue. When he goes to File and then Print, it takes about 3 mins for the windows to come up with his available printers. I had him log out and log into another Pc with the same OS (Win2K) and it worked just fine, so its ben isoltated to that computer and not his account. I reinstalled the NIC drivers and that didnt help. I tried to watch the processes as this happened and it was idle at 99%, so I'm a bit confused.

Suggestions?
 
Network connection.

Even though the printers are defined locally, his system is attempting to verify that the hosts are online and supporting those printers.

Agreed.

Try reinstalling all of his printers, or even printing services.
