when i open user accounts i get an error message "Wrong number of arguments for invalid property assignment"
and
when i go to Computer Management, under system tools, the icon Local Users and Groups has a X in it. if clicked the right pane says "Unable to access the computer. The error was: Library not registered"
i think this is the only user account because when booted it loads right into this desktop. it's a stand alone, running xp pro.
all i wanted to do is see if this account is an administrator.
