I once asked nearly everyone on my ship (it was an all male ship), and about 60% of them said that they didn't have one. I thought it was rather funny... And it was late, so I'm passing on that information.

Sometimes, I ask random people if they have a Y chromosome

And sometimes, I ask if they have an X chromosome.
 
I convinced this girl once that when I was 5, I was part of a government project. They injected "nonobots" (yes, stolen from The Outer Limits), and I could never get sick. Took a while but she finally fell for it. The funny thing was, I was sick at the time I was telling her.
