I have two of these creatures, unfortunately they didnt dissolve with the first marriage, although they are house trained, they do require occasional feeding - their preferred food being your soul.
They produced a child whose life story could have been the Rocky Horror Picture Show, but dont hold that against them, they really are harmless, although Jaws does spring to mind.

I will leave them on the doorstep, feel free to take them away.

I have had old friends of the family ask me how I am holding up at times.

The good thing is, people know that it's not me.... All I have to do is mention the name and I get looks of heartfelt sympathy.

My in-laws are nice people... in limited doses. I can only handle my wife's family for short periods at a time. Now that I see my wife turning into her mother* the situation looks grim. 😛


*More likely is that she was always like her mother, I just didn't see it.

I love my in-laws! (of course, that could be that they live 20 some hours away 😀 ) My parents, on the other hand, are the psycho ones! My dad is a conspiracy theorist...ask my hubby, my dad is nuts!

....actually my in-laws are very good people and somehow managed to raise the most wonderful guy in the world--Mr E (Isla's catholic guilt has rubbed off on me and I now feel terrible!)
