I know of one in Prince William Co, its not too bad, but may be a drive depending on where in Fairfax you are. This shop is in Woodbridge/Dale City

You could try the "Record and Tape Exchange" which is located at the corner of 236 & Picket St. It's in the shopping center next to Trader Joe's along with Chuck E. Cheese and Firestone.

I remember having so many bithday parties at that Chuck E Cheese

I know a few of them in Arlington, but it could be a bit of a drive for you. Have you looked in the Yellow Pages yet?
