Airplay Mirroring is pretty amazing if you're a recent Mac owner too (and if not recent, AirParrot!). Mirroring the rMBP out to my TV is fantastic.

Well, one claim is that the iPhone 5 has already been jailbroken on iOS 6.0.2 (untethered), but they won't release it until iOS 6.1 is out.

The good news for Apple TV 2 owners at least is that even if you upgrade to iOS 6 (otherwise known as Apple TV software version 5.1.1), you can still downgrade to iOS 5 (software version 5.0.2) for the untethered jailbreak. Apple is still signing 5.0.2 for some reason, and I can confirm this because I was actually on iOS 6 (5.1.1) when I did my jailbreak.

ATV3 owners are still out in the cold though, regardless of what OS version they're on.

Well so much for that. The iOS 6.1 jailbreak won't support the ATV3.
