Use WinXP Defrag or Norton Speed Disk?

With Win98, I used Norton Speed Disk, but now that I use WinXP, I'am not sure if Speed Disk would provide any benefit. Which would be best for HDD performance, WinXP defrag or Speed Disk?
 
I don't think you'd be able to tell much difference between the two defraggers. While Norton does have more options, the basic XP defrag does the same thing.
