I know that Ryzen uses MI for global branch-prediction, does it use it for pre-fetching too?

The "MI" is simply a perceptron branch predictor. Not "incorrect", but it's like calling three neurons a whole brain.

As for the prefetcher, I don't believe they gave any details about it. BP and prefetchers in general tend to be quite guarded in implementation because they're the secret sauce of the processor world.
