Use DI-624+'s wireless port as WAN-port?

I would like to connect to my neighbours wireless network through my DI-624+ router. Is it possible to configure the router to get the WAN-connection through its wireless port?

no it won't work that way...you would need an access point that'll work in client or repeater mode..here is my situation

neighbor's cable modem~>DLink DI-624{((((()))))}My house Airlink AP411W Access Point in Client Mode~~>8 port switch~~>connects to all my computers...now if I need wireless access all I have to do is connect another access point to the switch...

.paldo,

I'm trying to set up a situation like yours:

Downstairs: DSLmodem<->DLink DI-624<->computers/printers
Upstairs: computers<->Switch<->Airlink AP411W in client mode.

This setup works, except that during internet use, the AP411W resets itself
every five-ten minutes, causing network interruption upstairs. Doesn't seem to
be interference. Can always cause it by setting up a RealAudio stream upstairs.

Do I have a bum AP411W?

SwedeOwlie, if we can get this method to work, the AP411W is only $30.

SFJ,

When I upgrade my AP411W to the latest firmware. I keep getting reboot. Someon send me the AP411W older firmware and the problem goes away. I have 2 AP411W running in client mode right now and have no problem with it....
