Would you rather use a Mac, and have real full internet access.... Or use a PC but have to use AOL (AOL Broadband is included)?

And any USB mouse works on a Mac.

I'm on a Powerbook right now and I wouldn't go back to windows. :p
Unless I had to pay for a new comp myself...

And a Logitech MX900 works great with my Powerbook. True wireless freedom!

I will likely buy a Mac in the next six months (Mini).

I have never used AOL, nor will I ever.

If I could get a Mac as fast, powerful and as upgradable as my PC for the same money or cheaper, I would choose a Mac.

Otherwise I would choose neither

Is it 1995 still?? OP, have you read up on macs in the last 10 years at all? I doubt you have as there's no way you'd make that kind of a comparison if you had. Macs are sweet computers: the closest you can get to perfection in this day and age. The only down side is gaming and that's improving by the day. Other than that a mac beats a PC in every way.

AOL is shite, however.

Jaguars cost more than Vauhall novas, does it make them shit? no.

1) Read up on what makes a mac so much better than a PC
2) Look up the mac mini if you're looking for something cheap
3) Stop copying kids' opinions in forums, learn about the differences and make an informed opinion of your own.

I am sitting on my 17 inch poweebook, and have never looked back. Have had this puppy for about 1.5 years now, and love it. Next computer I get will be a Dual G5 when they come out with the 3 GHz version (which should be out sooner rather than later).

And also, its Mac, not MAC.

MAC is an acronym for Media Access Control, which is not the same thing as Mac, which is short for Macintosh.
