Use a Mac as a router through an Airport Express?

So I'm stuck in a bind where DSL service doesn't seem to be readily available and cable provider won't do broadband by itself without accompanying TV service, which is going to drive up my monthly bill to ~$80; incidentally, I can get Sprint's EVDO service for about $60+fees a month but that's only going to be through an USB card. I have 2 computers and an Airport Express.

Now does anyone know if I can set up my EVDO card through the USB port on my Mac Mini, then share that over the Ethernet port, run a CAT5 cable from the Mini to my Airport Express, and share the internet connection wirelessly to my MBP?

I know this complicates things, but oh wells...exploring options.

That should work... I know that my Tyranicus and I tried something similar once, but that was with EDGE service so I was never really able to connect to the internet, it wasn't saying that there wasn't a connection, it was just taking forever and a day to connect to sites.

Signed up with Sprint earlier today, will try it out on my Mac Mini later...hopefully this works fine. Speed isn't too bad so that's nice to know.

I know it will work to share it over wifi or Ethernet. I'm not sure if it will work through a router or not.
