USB2/Firewire card for server

That card doesn't claim any Server 2000 or 2003 support at all. I'd at least go with a card that says it has drivers for Windows Server (unless you are using a different OS).

Only one of those PCI slots is 33MHz. You'll likely have to use that one. Most standard PCI cards will have problems at 66MHz.

I wasn't sure if those slots were backwards compatible. I would like to utilize one of them for a gigabit Ethernet card later on down the road.

There may be more PCI cards that are 66-MHz compatible than I think. My experiences were with HP 66/100/133MHz PCI-X slots, which froze the server with two standard PCI NICs. Dell PCI-X slots (even the 133MHz slots) seem to be able to work with standard PCI cards. But the HP that I tried didn't seem to be able to downshift.
