I just reformatted back to XP from Vista and I have all my data on an external hard drive, only thing is it connects USB and I keep getting the non-fast speed (USB 2.0) error and its taking forever to transfer my 25 gb of stuff.

How do I fix this? I have an ASUS p4p800 deluxe. I also have a NEC pci to usb card, not sure what the model is though... :-\

I tried installing them from the CD, it said that I have XP SP1 and did not need to install them :(

Did you reinstall all the Motherboard Chipset Drivers ? ?
They must be in place before the OS is installed

Are you using front USB ports built into your case. Some Antec cases limited the front USB ports to USB 1.1.
