USB to IDE/sata Adaptor

I don't put a lotta stock in Newegg reviews, but that thing has a pretty bad showing. I don't have any thoughts for an alternative.

forgot, also the power plugs directly into the dongle and sometime that power cable comes loose.. i didn't like that the most.

i was thinking the vantec for my 2nd option,
but does the power cable problem for the vantec or bytecc?

power problem was for the bytecc.. the vantec use the seperate power for sata, the bytecc has it in the dongle adapter for sata.. ide is fine on both side.

other solution is getting enclosure but depending on what you're using this for.. i use this to backup desktop pc in work environment w/o pulling the drive out of the desktop... its faster for me..

well speaking using enclosure, i already have one :)
thought using small dongle adapter would be a breeze...
but oh well. I might just use the regular HDD enclosure
