USB print server?

Is there such a thing? Or are there adapters to let me hook a usb printer up to a standard printer port? If it helps at all i have a canon s300.

I'm looking for a print server myself hp makes a 175x which is a usb print server but it only comes with one usb port.

How many do you need? You can use more than one print server - all it takes is money.
