USB Ports Not Working

My new build seems to have a problem - I only have 2 USB ports that appear to have any power. I have 2 USB 3.0/2.0 ports that are working fine and 6 2.0/1.0 that apparently are not. The only port a mouse, printer, etc. seem to work in are the 3.0 ports. They will not work at all in the 2.0/1.0 ports. Any suggestions?
 
Update BIOS to newwest one and then go into new Bios to see if the USB was set to off. Then reboot and try again.

If that does not fix it send it back.

Thought I had done that already - must have just thought about up dating them. That did it! Thanks!!!
