OK, I have reformatted my entire hard drive and I just installed the nforce3 and sound drivers. Are there any seperate drivers required to get my USB ports working properly? I know that my wireless receiver and my keyboard work (both USB) but it still will not recognize the zen micro.

I got an email from creatve and they directed me ato a troubleshooting site. The sitre basically told me to try to install the latest drivers (which I have) and if that doesn't work, make sure my USB drivers are up to date. If it matters, I have sp2.

Thanks for any help.

PS-bsically, if you missed the first topic, my PC (or any other that I have acces to) won't recognize the mp3 player. I have all the software installed and I don't get anything. It doesn't apear in my computer or anything. I have tried the incluided cable as well as another that I know works qith my flash mp3 player. The USB port on the player should be fine since it recharges fine through it. Thanks again.

I got another response from creative. They seem to think that the USB port is dead so they are giving me an RMA. Hopefully this was just a random occurence...
