USB pen drive question

If I have two pc's, one with USB 2.0 and another with USB 1.1, will a 1.1 Pen drive work in both computers, or do I have to get a USB 2.0 drive? I am not concerned with the slower 1.1 access times, I'm just wondering about compatability. Thanks in advance for any input you guys have.
