i am running Windows XP Home with SP2. i just did a clean install (was previously running windows 98 SE), and my USB doesn't seem to be supported. It is On-board USB... here are the computer specs (using PC wizard 2005):
Mainboard: "Unspecified" VT8367-8235
Chipset: VIA KT266/333
Processor: AMD Athlon XP @ 1529 MHz
Physical Memory: 256 MB (1x 256 DDR-SDRAM PC2000 @ 142 MHz)
Operating System: Microsoft windows XP Home Edition 5.01.2600 Service Pack 2
when i use PC Wizard 2005, it says the mainboard is 'unspecified' and that there is no USB present.
i know i am using a Syntax Mainboard, but i'm not sure of the model. the USB worked before, when i was running Windows 98 SE. i can't seem to get any info on the Syntax motherboard from the manufacture website..
any help would be appriciated.
Thanks.
