USB Linksys wireless adapter B 8.99 after 25.00 MIR

I have this exact unit.

I'm not sure what the deal is exactly, but it is really inconsistent with staying connected to my wireless network. I will leave the computer for a couple hours and come back, and it will be disconnected so i click the little repair button and sometimes it'll reconnect somtimes and have to screw with it.

I am pretty far from my wireless router (1 floor down, 4 rooms over) but a wireless laptop in my room pics up 'excellent' signal. 😕 maybe I got a deffective one. Just thought I'd let yall know. (btw when it IS connected it works great)
