I had no idea which forum to post this in, so I'm putting it in off topic in hopes that I made an off topic post in off topic.
Is there anything out there that electrically isolates a USB port?
The situation is this:
I work for a medical device manufacturer and we need to be able to use a USB label printer on a new device, however the likelyhood of finding a label printer w/ medical grade power supply is pretty slim. So we need to make the connection between the device and the printer isolated.
