USB Hard Drive

Looking for an external hard drive to use for backing up data info since the user has about 5 gigs or so. Smallest drive I normally see is about 40 gigs which is fine.

We order our stuff at work through PCConnection and these are some I've found. Anyone know anything about any of these to make me stay away from them at all?

Teac Corp. Of America 40GB 3.5" USB 2.0 External Hard Drive
Micronet Technology Fantom Drives Premier USB 2.0 80GB External Hard Drive
Lacie, Ltd. 80GB Porsche USB 2.0 Desktop Hard Drive
Micronet Technology 80GB USB 2.0 Titanium Hard Drive 7200rpm

I would buy the hard drive and the enclosure seperately so that you know exactly what you are getting. Should should be able to match or beat those prices and get a very nice setup.

Well, turns out we have an Official one that's been approved by the Support Team so I guess we'll be getting this: Iomega 80gig drive.

I did a review on the Lacie Mobile Drive 40 GB at PC Review. If you like you may check it out by following the link provided. I hope it helps you make a better decision whatever it may be.
