USB Flash Drive

My trusty Corsair 2Gb Flash Voyager USB drive is slowly going caput. No matter which computers I use it on, it goes on the fritz. It now only is recognized as a usb 1.0 device and
frequently just dissappears off the desktop.

I suspect the contacts onthe usb plug or the plug itself is fubar'd

It has served me well, but instead of being paranoid and backing it up every time I use it, I am looking into a larger capacity drive with better performance.

I also hated that the cap was so easily misplaced, but the drive performed very very well.

Anyhow any recommendations on a faster, reliable, durable USB drive?

I don't need U3, encryption or biometrics.

The Corsair 4Gb Flash Voyager GT is at the top of my list. (It still has that silly freakin cap tho)

Someone mentioned looking at the OCZ

I have two Corsair flash drives. As I recall, they have a 10 year warranty. Dig out your invoices and get the drives replaced.

I refuse to use the Corsair Voyagers after they switched software without saying anything. I use a OCZ Rally 2, and it's great.

I never used the software.

i read the reviews, I will be sending my Corsair back for repair, but it appears the benchmarks for the OCZ Rally2 really are excellent
