Do USB Host Controllers default to MSI mode?

I could of swore i enabled them on my gaming rig, but here on my other it's enabled by default..

I wouldn't know. Call me clueless. I wouldn't even know how it would be an issue for me.

I have modest gaming needs, even as I have "pretty good" gaming performance. Don't let me waste your time, but how is this an important issue for you? Because -- as I said -- I'm clueless otherwise.

I forgot. And as I mentioned I could of swore I enabled them on my gaming rig, yet they are enabled on my main rig which I have not touched anything to do with MSI mode. If I disabled MSI mode for the USB host controller on my gaming rig nothing works and with AMD and their USB issues I'm trying to trouble shoot my gaming rig.
