USB Case Connections

I'm trying to hookup the front USB connectors on my Antec Sonata case (Manual) to my Chaintech VNF3-250 (Manual).

I've installed the latest drivers (nForce 3 version 5.11)). I'm having difficulty figuring out how to connect the USB wires to the Mainboard.

On page 10 of the Chaintech manual, they show the pin configuration (I can't make out what it says on the online version). The printed manual shows this:
[VOC][D3-][D3+][GND][OC2]
[VOC][D3-][D3+][GND]
(I'm not sure about the OC2 abbreviation)

The cables that run to the front USB connects have the following labels:
[+5V]
[-D]
[+D]
[GROUND]

I plugged the connectors together like so:
Case [+5V] into Mainboard [VOC]
Case [-D] into Mainboard [D3-]
Case [+D] into Mainboard [D3+]
Case [GROUND] into Mainboard [GND]
Leaving the [OC2] not connected.

If I plug an USB device (i.e. external hard drive) into the back, it works fine. However, plugging an USB device into the front doesn't seem to do anything (the system does not promt me that a new device has been detected). The icon in the system tray (Safely Remove Hardware) does not list any USB device connect via the front connectors.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
